Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AdXApproval.org collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
AdXApproval.org helps publishers using AdSense prepare an Ad Manager account and request AdX access through an MCM partnership. It is operated by MCM Approval Services Ltd. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
What we collect
- Application details. When you apply for access, we collect your name, the email you use to sign in to Ad Manager, your Ad Manager network code and, optionally, a WhatsApp number.
- Account information visible to the reviewer. If you invite our reviewer into your Ad Manager account, we read the account information that role can see — network details, sites, and account standing — solely to assess eligibility for an MCM partnership.
- Technical and usage data. Standard analytics about how the site is used, collected via Google Analytics, plus anti-abuse signals from the verification widget on our form.
- Attribution data. If you arrive via a link with campaign parameters, we store those parameters in your browser so we can understand how people find us.
How we use it
- To check the account for MCM eligibility and communicate the outcome of your access request.
- To contact you about your application, including by email or WhatsApp if you provided a number.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse of the application form.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your account data for advertising.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your Google password, two-factor codes, or any account credentials. Access to your Ad Manager account happens only through a user invitation that you send and can revoke at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, spam protection) and, where relevant to your access request, with the partner that would represent your inventory — and only with your knowledge. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep application data for as long as your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@adxapproval.org. You can also remove the reviewer's access to your Ad Manager account at any time from Admin → Users.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies for analytics and browser local storage to remember your application link and attribution parameters. You can clear these in your browser at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
